Yesterday was my first day back in Yellowstone National Park since last spring, and I spent most of the day scouting, as in "looking but not seeing anything." Shortly before sunset, I found a fairly cooperative young grizzly though. On the drive back, I spotted this Porcupine (Erethizon dorsatum) just of the shoulder. It was quite dark, but he stood still while I fired off a few frames. Enjoy!
