The clouds finally cooperated two mornings ago in the Alabama Hills for a nice grand landscape image. The image was created from five exposures to capture detail from the relatively dark foreground to the bright clouds. I processed it using my Lightroom HDR technique to get a nice resulting composite for the sky and transition to the land. The rest of the image looked washed out, so I then manually blended a proper exposure for the land and an exposure for the deepest shadows.
