It snowed in Jasper National Park three mornings ago, and the clouds finally started to break yesterday morning. The clouds looked most promising across the Athabasca River so I headed down to water level to use the boulders in the river as a foreground element. As soon as I saw the snow-covered piece of driftwood on the beach, I knew I had my foreground element!
