I had a wonderful day today exploring the White Pocket area of Vermilion Cliffs National Monument for the first time. There are lots of interesting formations with mixed white and red sandstone. There was a solid cloud layer in the morning, so I concentrated on intimate scenes without any sky. The clouds were broken in the afternoon, and it was great to have some interesting clouds!
