Later in the morning, we moved to another field in the Bernardo Wildlife Area of the Ladd S. Gordon Wildlife Complex and photographed some of the sandhill cranes on the ground. It's always nice to get a group of three critters posing nicely. The three above are all looking the same direction and not overlapping which is great. For this image, I stopped down to f11 to get a little more depth of field than my usual f8.
